ALLIE SCHNAPP

Allie is a self-proclaimed Jane-of-Random-Trades who loves wearing many hats, both literally and figuratively. Over the years, she has done everything from producing documentaries and behind-the-scenes content, to production design and set dressing, to custom puppet building and soft fabrications. Safe to say, she's great at multi-tasking, good with details and knows how to finish her work on time and on budget.

 

She's passionate about building characters, turning ideas into reality, and making stuff. She wishes she could be more specific about the word "stuff" but truly, she just loves making things. The weirder the better. While she specializes in puppets and soft pieces, she enjoys learning how to work with new materials and always welcomes a wicked creative challenge!

 

Along the way, she's made ideas and worlds tangible, shared her light-hearted creations with people around the country, and added an arsenal of dangerous (but useful!) tools of the trade to her repertoire, all while building herself an empire out of cardboard and papier-mâché. Some people might call it a fort, but those people are desperately lacking in vision and imagination.
